Neighbor Accuses Justin Bieber of Battery

A member of Bieber's security team told ET on Wednesday that the incident happened when a neighbor came onto Justin's property to complain to the pop star -- supposedly about parties being held while Bieber was away. The neighbor and Bieber exchanged words and his security team also spoke with the neighbor, the source said. There was no physical altercation, but police were called to investigate, the security member said.

One of Justin Bieber's neighbors has accused the teen pop star of battery, ET has learned.
L.A. County Sheriff's spokerperson Steve Whitmore confirmed that the Sheriff's Department arrived at Bieber's Calabasas home this morning after receiving a non-emergency call.
Upon arriving at the scene, an accuser claimed that Bieber threatened him. The accuser went on to make allegations of battery, saying that the 19-year-old singer "made physical contact with him."
A source tells ET that the argument originated over Bieber's car which the source claims was loud and being driven fast. The source claims that there were aggressive words used in the incident but no physical contact.
The authorities have since left Bieber's home without making any arrest. The incident is under investigation.
